Connecting and using

Compatibility issues

Your cell-phone can not to support special type of connection (socket connections), which is nesessary for normal work of GTM. In that case an application will not work an your cell-phone. An Error message depends on the model of your cell-phone and contains the word "socket".
E.x. "Socket connection not found". If you see such a message , contact us and report the model of your cell-phone, for us to check the compatibility of your cell-phone and the application.
